The Good

Understanding yourself is like going for a swim…

Understanding yourself is like going for a swim. We all know that we can only hold our breath for so long, but when you are in the subconscious you periodically need to come up for air. You cannot spend your entire life plumbing the depths without some break in activity by finding purpose in the real world. But in essence, the real world cannot be the entirety of our existence either. Without that small still, place nothing is worth much. We need to be able to hide from the pain inside ourselves occasionally. A place where only heavenly energy can find us. If we don’t have this small and steady power place to retreat to, this world can overwhelm us and make us feel totally fragile. We are better than we ever hoped we could be, but only when we are listening to the inner calling to make our journey. That journey always ends up back at your doorstep.

Every master of spiritual development will tell you that despite the best efforts, evil will not be able to penetrate a mind consumed with thoughts of the heavens. We are in a war for finding our own sense of spiritual purpose. If we don’t find it, the other side will find a purpose for us and many times it’s not spiritual. Its a dead end distraction of some sort. So remember, you are yourself, no matter who you try to be. It doesn’t matter how far away from yourself you stray. You are still yourself at the end of the day. The guardian of the hearts, minds, purpose, and peoples around you. Nothing will ever change that. You have born purpose, that nobody can take away. It’s just up to you to live up to that purpose. And not shy away from the pain of the battle.

This tremendous loss filled him with grief and led him down a negative land self-destructive life path. It was precisely at this time that Austin learned a valuable life lesson about how he could help himself. He realized that the only way to make life a rich, rewarding adventure was to help others. Astrology, Tarot, and Numerology offered him a new avenue that enriched his quest of making a positive difference in other people’s lives. This holistic approach gave him a thirst for self improvement and led him to become a Tai Chi and Chi Gong practitioner; and instilled in him a deep love for nature. All his life experiences and accomplishments gave him a personal philosophy: in order to make life rewarding he needed to do his part to make the world a better place and in order to make the world a better place he needed to help others because helping others was really all about healing himself.
