The Good

The Value of Life

Love is a part of everything; from the tree to the happy little puppy to the neighborhood squirrel. Every animal/plant being in the universe is happy to be alive and they all value life. They wake up ready to make things happen, to take on challenges. Everyone loves life in one form or another. It’s obvious to see how happy many creatures are to be alive and how violently they fight for life.

Unnatural Society

Why is it that humans do not fight for life like the rest of nature? Humans are a part of the cycle of all that is. Why do humans forget how precious life is? Is it programmed out of us at some point? Or is it the participation in society that is all but unnatural? Do we need to degrade our beings just to feel alive? This is what society will tell you, the fun is in the weekend. They lie. The fun is in the work. The fun is in the challenge.

The fun is in having something meaningful to strive for. Without these things, humans don’t regard their lives as important or holy. Nothing holy is sad. Heaven is always happy, not because everything is easy, but it’s because everything has meaning. Do you think that immortals/angels do not face struggles with evil? Are they too not a victim to the forces of darkness plotting against humans? Of course, they are. They are on duty 24/7 trying to keep humans on track and yet not giving them anything they don’t deserve.

Heavens Above

If you want to see the diligence of a species look to the heavenly realms. They never rest, they never complain. Their work is their joy. They make no bones about what they have to do. They do it with love, pretty much all the time (of course sometimes they can screw up) but by and large freewill is just a choice to be happy and a choice to fill your life with whatever love you can find. If you can do that, then you will always value life and life will always value you.
