The Good

The Head Turner…

It’s an odd thing to say, but humans identify with the past generally much more than the present or the future. Some are delusional-ly living in the future that is yet to exist. Others are attached to where they came from. Having a balance means having a healthy love for change and an openness to the perspective shifts that are so crucial to advancement in life. If you can’t change how you see things, then you might not see that you like. Just like looking in a different direction, say you look out your window and see a trash can, you can probably turn your head and view something more beautiful.

Look Away From The Trash

But for some reason, there are people who refuse to look away from the trash can. They seem to be scared to see what would happen if they looked away from that trash can for just a moment. They might see something that they don’t really want to see. They are just afraid to look in the other direction. They are haunted by their demons, or The Eye of Sauron, or the media or the drugs or something. Don’t be afraid to look away. Look up, look towards a better path. You know where you can go if you try. You also know where you can go if you don’t. Let go of the money. Let go of the fear. Make up your mind about where you really want to go. Then twist your little head and start looking there. Shifting direction is as easy as changing the talk of your walk.

Purify The Dark Side

Energy treatments such as acupuncture can help you steer yourself back on track energetically as well. Walk your path proud, keep your head high. You are who you know you can be, nothing more, nothing less. Moments turn into days, days turn into years and years turn into lifetimes. If we don’t decide to purify the dark side within us, through just letting it go, then it will follow us like a shadow. Self-purification is such a difficult task because we all identify with who we have become, instead of who we might be.
