Mindfulness meditation doesn’t change life. Life remains as fragile and unpredictable as ever. Meditation changes the heart’s capacity to accept life as it is.
Meditation is spending time with the self. It is the time to be intimated with the soul.
Meditation is not something that should be done in a particular position at a particular time. It is an awareness and an attitude that must persist throughout the day.
If you are in crisis of who you are and your self-image, then everything is going to be distorted because of one crisis that hasn’t been resolved.
