Someday you'll find someone special again. People who've been in love once usually do. It's in their nature.

Still using pinky promises as a legitimate foundation of trust.

Falling in love is very real, but I used to shake my head when people talked about soul mates, poor deluded individuals grasping at some supernatural ideal not intended for mortals but sounded pretty in a poetry book. Then, we met, and everything changed, the cynic has become the converted, the sceptic, an ardent zealot.

This time I wouldn't forget him because I couldn't ever forgive him - for breaking my heart twice.

Let your healing process be beautiful absorb everything, learn what you can, and release what is not needed.
