You have been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn’t worked, try approving of yourself and see what happens.
Document the moments you feel most in love with yourself – what you’re wearing, who you’re around, what you’re doing. Recreate and repeat.
Accept – then act. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Always work with it, not against it.
If you are in crisis of who you are and your self-image, then everything is going to be distorted because of one crisis that hasn’t been resolved.
