The day you decide sleep won’t fix your life is the day that you truly start to live. Sleep is an overused and trite human activity that is a form of glorified procrastination.
Wake Up Alive And Kicking
Humans get 3-10 hours depending on who they are. Let’s just do the quick math here. If you sleep 8 hours a day times 90 years versus sleeping 3 hours for 90 years. That 3-hour person has basically lived a quarter more of their life than you—this adds up.
Do you know how much you can get done in that time window? It’s your job to work as hard as you can every day. If you don’t sleep well, then get some acupuncture or figure out what’s wrong with the feng shui in your house so you can wake up feeling better.
Sleep To Live
Demons like to make us sleep because that’s when they have more control. Don’t believe me? Just ask someone who has had night terrors or general nightmares for any length of time. They will set you straight!
Sad cold fact, if you are sleeping too much, you are probably eating too much or not getting any spiritual nutrition. Those who train spiritually awake up alive and ready to kick life in the hind end! This a way of life and those who are depressed should come and do some Qi Gong soon!
