The Good

Lose Your Mind?

Well yes… The obstinate ego mind is the only thing stopping the true self from shining through. It is only through overthinking that the majority of our salient spiritual actions are hindered. We must find a way to cut through the fluff and actually start making a difference out in the real world. This is done through a collaboration of self-love and surrender to the unknown. There is no way that we can become ourselves without letting our old self-go. The one that we know we have to part with to make things better in the long-term.

Everyone wants love. But only a few people are willing to truly give the love they seek before they receive it. You can’t be a cold-hearted person and still receive much love. This just isn’t how it works. I have understood this because it is like your heart is shut down or off… This is why I tell people to stop using drugs because drugs and alcohol can also shut down the heart in many unsavory ways. It’s kind of sad but it’s very true. It’s only up to us to make ourselves into something special and there isn’t much unique about drug/alcohol use. It was given to us by the drug cults of the ancient world. Actually, women invented drugs, but that’s a story for another day.

At the root of humanity, we all have to make sacrifices to get what we want. If you truly want to live a loving life, you have to fight against everything that stops love from taking place. A heart clouded, is incapable of deep and meaningful action. A true heart is willing to die defending the truth of the self. A jaded heart shivers and cowers in conflicts. A true leader needs a brave heart, without it, they will end up turning and running from the confrontations of the soul. Don’t sell yourself short, get in touch with your heart. Your most powerful weapon in the world… Death can’t keep you from yourself… Only a broken heart can… Mend that and your mind will always help you to follow suit…

I know this world has destroyed many of the people we know and love, but if we turn the heart off, who can we become?
