Define your emotions or they will control you!
“Most warfare is just modern human sacrifice.”
I heard this a while back from Ming Liu and definitely agree with it. If you do find yourself in a situation where you have to go to war, remember that it’s the worst dimension of human behavior. Only those with a profound understanding of life can begin to conceptualize the consequence of death.
Master Your Emotions
Let’s say that a demon horde-possessed civilization is knocking at the door of your country, what do you then do? Attack? Defend? Try to disarm? Well there is always a tactic that prevents all-out death, but those not in control of their emotions are just doomed from the word go; fervor and emotional reactionism are really insane ways for people to go about conflict. Emotions never settle without a finite way to define themselves. Those with no creativity or spiritual connection will never master their emotions.
Therefore our society is supremely dangerous. Violence is a go-to for people who are not emotionally settled and able to address cultural mitigation tactics that prevent war and its trappings. We all know that some evil is so bad that it can’t be allowed to roam free, but thinking that culling large swathes of humans (which were for some reason created by the heavens) is a demon activity. Even demons can have a function in a well ordered spiritual society.
Define Your Emotions
So let’s say we are not living in a ghost civilization, which I suspect we are, then our hearts still have to open to the future. We still have to figure out how to love one another and ourselves in mass. Not make a billion dollars and live on a fantasy island but how do we learn how to build one another up instead of self-isolate? Seems simple right?
Humans express emotions, cultivate love and glorify the nature, animals, cultures, and civilizations of the creation they are built into. But as it stands the competition and demonic self-destructive forces keep us from truly doing this. In order to proceed, we must reach a (so old it’s) new pinnacle of self-understanding. We have a heart, and that is our weapon of choice. The sword coming second. Define your emotions or they will control you…
the lesson of the day.
