The Good

change

You only have one….

-

Never run from a challenge, why is this? Challenges are the only thing that makes us different, they make us unique. You can pass 100 people on the street but maybe only 30 percent of them will accept any form of challenge in their lives. The rest of them will shy away from progress. They will say, you know what, I like what I have already, why would I change? Why change? Well, change is the only universal constant, that’s why. If you don’t change, then you will just change in the sense of becoming more stubborn. You are changing whether you like it or not. You mine as well change because you will have more fun that way…

Change fun you say? Yes, change is fun because it allows you to be more of yourself than you ever thought you could be. In essence, it’s the only activity that breeds self-reliance, faith, and character all at once. The ability to accept a challenge is the ability to say yes to life. Yes life, I will show up. Yes, life, I will take you seriously, but all the while I will laugh at your difficulties; because most of them live in my head. If you live for the tough stuff, then the easy stuff is a cherry on top. Just never give in to the part of you that wants to wait for the world to change you, that’s living life the hard way. Instead, give yourself an easy out, change every day. Change so much that you don’t recognize yourself. Change until you become a better person than you ever thought you would be.

All his life experiences and accomplishments gave him a personal philosophy: in order to make life rewarding he needed to do his part to make the world a better place and in order to make the world a better place he needed to help others because helping others was really all about healing himself.
